Brian Corbett
Brian Corbett is the Founder and Managing Partner of CCG Advisors. He has over 25 years of experience representing the owners of successful, privately-held companies in the maximization and monetization of their companies via strategic sales, private equity recapitalizations, and ESOPS.
Brian and his team at CCG have successfully represented clients in a wide range of industries covering the broad sectors of manufacturing, service, and distribution. Examples of specific transaction experience include healthcare and professional services, consumer products, commercial and residential services, building products and services, construction, facility services, telecommunications, utility services, architecture and engineering, and automotive.
In addition to serving clients in a wide range of industries, Brian is recognized for his national practice in the $75 Billion commercial landscape industry. Over the last 25 years, CCG has closed more transactions in the commercial landscape industry than any other firm. Through expertise and unique relationships, CCG has transitioned the industry from old-guard buyers to new, as evidenced by nine market entrants acquiring their initial platform from CCG.
Brian holds received his degree in Finance from Florida State University. He lives with his wife and four children in Atlanta, Georgia.
Jonathan Thomson
Jonathan Thomson is a Managing Director at CCG Advisors. Mr. Thomson leads the deal execution team at CCG Advisors and works closely with CCG’s clients to understand their business and ensure that each client’s strengths are communicated to potential investors.
Prior to joining CCG Advisors in 2009, Mr. Thomson was an investment banker with Morgan Keegan & Co., where he assisted middle-market companies in a variety of assignments including sell-side M&A transactions and private and public capital raises. Prior to Morgan Keegan, Mr. Thomson worked in finance and strategy at a national telecommunications provider.
Over his 20-year career, Mr. Thomson has advised on numerous client engagements and his experience in corporate finance ensures that each client receives thoughtful insight on achieving their personal, financial and business goals.
Mr. Thomson lives with his wife and three daughters in Atlanta, GA and graduated with a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Georgia Tech.
Bryan Donlin
Bryan Donlin is a Senior Vice President at CCG Advisors. In his role he manages middle-market investment banking transactions for the firm’s clients, including sell and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and financings.
Bryan joined CCG in 2015 and works closely with the firm’s clients through all stages of deal execution, including preparing client materials, coordinating market outreach, and quarterbacking the due diligence process. He has more than 11 years of experience advising companies across a wide range of industries, including facility services, residential services, food & beverage, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, and distribution.
Bryan lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two young children. He received a B.S. from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Steve Spina
Steve Spina is a Senior Vice President at CCG Advisors. He has extensive experience developing relationships with the owners of successful privately held businesses and working with them to plan exit strategies in order to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Steve joined CCG in 2007 and has more than 15 years of experience working with and advising lower-middle-market companies across a wide range of industries, including landscaping, distribution, HVAC, and various other specialty services. Prior to joining CCG, Steve was a financial advisor for Cigna.
Steve holds a B.S. from Berry College, and a J.D. from the Northern Illinois University School of Law. He lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and daughter.
Gamble Cleveland
Gamble Cleveland joined CCG Advisors in 2022 and is a Vice President at the firm. Gamble works closely with clients throughout the execution of both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining CCG, Gamble was a Vice President at NextGen Capital, a boutique investment bank, advising middle-market businesses in the industrial, healthcare and building products industries. Earlier in his career, Gamble worked in corporate finance for Carter’s, Inc. (NYSE: CRI).
Gamble lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife and three young daughters. He received a B.S. from the University of Alabama and an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Ryan Andersen
Ryan Andersen is an Associate at CCG Advisors. Previously, Ryan was a tax consultant where he advised clients on the utilization of tax credits and incentives.
Mr. Andersen earned a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Georgia and an M.S. in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
Jack Kratzenberg
Jack Kratzenberg is an Analyst at CCG Advisors. Prior to joining CCG, Jack was an Audit & Assurance Senior at Deloitte, where he worked on both public and private audit engagements.
Mr. Kratzenberg earned a B.S. in Accountancy and a Master in Accountancy (MAcc) from Auburn University, and he holds an active CPA license.
