Mariani Landscape partners with CI Capital Partners
CCG Advisors (“CCG”) announced today that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Mariani Landscape (“Mariani”) in its recapitalization by CI Capital Partners (“CI Capital”). Bryan Donlin led the transaction for CCG and was responsible for the initial thesis on consolidation of the estate gardening segment of the landscape industry.
