“We had been looking for ways to grow our business to the potential that we knew it had. We knew that we needed a partner to take the company to the next level and CCG helped us find a partner that was more than we could have hoped for. We want to thank Brian, Steve, JT and their staff at CCG who helped put this deal together. I know we are going to do great things!"

“We interviewed a number of investment bankers before choosing CCG. CCG stood out from the others in their ability to understand the owners' story and goals and I know we made the right choice. CCG not only negotiated a tremendous deal but also helped us through the complicated financial and inventory issues, as well as all the required due diligence - keeping us focused on the goal even when things became difficult. They make a great team and I can't imagine going through the process with anyone else."

Deborah K. Baucom, Esq.

When Bobby Haynes started his business in his garage 22 years ago, his goal was to provide for his family and create a good working environment.

Tennessee Industrial Electronics (“TIE”) was built from scratch to become a true industry leader. What began as a small business washing and repairing miscellaneous industrial motor parts has grown into an operation that occupies a 106,000 square foot warehouse filled with inventory and employing nearly 40 people. TIE repairs, refurbishes and replaces industrial electronic parts for repair shops, end users and third-party procurement firms both domestically and internationally. Headquartered in LaVergne, Tennessee, the company supplies motors, drives, controls and accessories used in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) systems for factory automation machines. We believe TIE is the largest provider of aftermarket FANUC parts in the world other than the OEM.

The financial performance and corporate culture of TIE today are a testament to what an entrepreneur with vision, desire, solid ethics and a lot of hard work can accomplish.

CCG was selected by the company after interviewing some of the largest firms from both Nashville and Atlanta. Long-time family attorney and advisor Debbie Baucom worked with CCG to represent TIE in a targeted sell-side process. After a full and highly competitive process, the company entered into a leveraged recapitalization transaction, choosing to partner with Summit Park of Charlotte, North Carolina. Summit Park was not only the most competitive bidder, but the best fit for Bobby and his employees. CCG was pleased to work with Debbie and the team of advisors and honored to represent the Haynes family in determining the next chapter for them and their company. We wish Bobby, his team at TIE, and Summit Park the very best of luck in taking a great company to the next level.
